Tej Lalvani joins BBC hit show Dragon’s Den

New role: Tej Lalvani will feature on Dragon’s Den

DRAGON’S DEN, the BBC show where aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their ideas to established business people, will have a new investor in Tej Lalvani.

The CEO of Vitabiotics will appear in the 15th series of the popular show, alongside Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman and new investor Jenny Campbell.

Lalvani said: “I’m very excited to be joining the Dragons’ Den line-up. I’m a shrewd investor and I’m looking forward to finding hard working, passionate people to share my business experience and knowledge with.”

Leading vitamin company Vitabiotics enjoys a a current group turnover of over £300 million a year.

Lalvani replaces Steve Parish who said he “couldn’t give Dragons’ Den the time and commitment the show needs and that the entrepreneurs deserve”.

Filming for the new series begins this month and the show will return to BBC Two later in the year.
